Technical data

To ensure the security and proper operation of the service, our server records the following when a form is submitted: the IP address (truncated), the timestamp, the browser type (user-agent) and the originating page. These elements are used exclusively to prevent abuse (spam, automated submissions, attacks) and to diagnose technical incidents.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement tools. No profiling is carried out and no data is used for automated prospecting. Fonts and display libraries are served by this website: displaying a page triggers no request to any third-party service, and your IP address is not transmitted to any external provider.

05 Recipients and transfers

Your data is processed by the staff of ZABEL GROUP and of the divisions concerned by your enquiry. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor exchanged with third parties for commercial purposes.

The website and the enquiry database are hosted on an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure virtual private server located in the Switzerland (eu-zurich-1) region, in Zurich: the data you send us through the form is stored on Swiss territory.

It may be disclosed to the following categories of recipient:

As our group operates in Switzerland, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of Guinea, and as some partners are established outside Europe, a transfer of data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area is possible. It only takes place to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry, and on the basis of appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or explicit consent).

06 Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of communications (HTTPS/TLS), access restricted to authorised persons, rate limiting to prevent automated submissions, and minimisation of the data collected.

No transmission over the internet can, however, be guaranteed to be absolutely secure: we invite you not to send us sensitive information through the contact form. For a confidential exchange, please contact us so that we can agree on a suitable channel.

07 Your rights

Within the limits provided for by law, you have the following rights:

To exercise these rights, write to direction@zabelkin-group.com, setting out your request. We may ask you for proof of identity in order to avoid disclosure to a third party, and will reply in principle within 30 days.

You may also refer the matter to the competent authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or the supervisory authority of your country of residence within the European Economic Area.

08 Changes

This policy may be adapted to take account of legal, technical or organisational developments. The applicable version is the one published on this page, the update date of which appears at the top of the document. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform the persons concerned by appropriate means.
